Cupcake Cards

Materials

1. Hero Arts Sparkle Clear “Cupcakes” Set
2. 5″ Sqare card blank
3. American Crafts Cardstock – Chestnut
4. Off-cuts of green and pink card
5. White Card
6. Personal Impressions Pink Paper – Collection No.9
7. Netabilities Classic Scalloped Circles
8. Cuttlebug Embossing Folder – Victoria
9. EK Success Daisy Border Punch
10. Stickles Glitter Glue – Diamond
11. Promarker Pens
12. Memento Ink Pad – Black
13. Clear Sparkle Sakura Pen

Instructions

1. Punch or cut a 2″ circle from white card and stamp the largest cupcake with the Memento ink,  colour using the Promarkers. With a fine line black pen decorate the edge of the circle with dashes.  Highlight the coloured cupcake with the Sakura Clear Sparkle Pen, and add jewel (included within the Hero Arts Stamp Set), to the top of the cake.
2. Cut and emboss a scallop circle with the Nestabilities and the chestnut card, mount the white circle onto this as shown.
3. Emboss a 5″ square piece of the chestnut card with the embossing folder and layer this to the front of the white card blank.
4. Cut a 41/2″ square piece of white card, and 41/4″ square piece of pink patterned paper. Layer together and attach to the card as shown.
5. Stamp the border and sentiment on the pink paper.
6. Take a 3/4″ piece of scrap green card and run this through the embossing folder and attach to the front of the card.
7. Punch out the daisy chain from the pink card and layer over the green strip. Put a blob of Stickles in the centre of each daisy and allow to dry.
8. Attach the cupcake using 3d foam pads or silicone glue.

4. Piece of White Card Embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots
5. 2″ Pink Circle
6. 7  Circles Cut With Nestabilities Eyelet Circles
7. Pink Border Cut with EK Success Daisy Chain Border Punch
8. Pink and Green Ribbon
9. Stickles Diamond Glitter Glue
10. Wooden skewer cut into 3 pieces

 All the above items (apart from glitter glue and wooden skewer) are in Cupcake Kit CUPKIT01

Instructions

1. Stamp the green paper with the squiggle stamp to create a border, then mount the green square paper to the front of the card
2. Attach the embossed piece of card to the front on three sides only to create a pocket
3. Stamp the large cupcake onto 3 of the Nestabilites Circles and colour in.  Highlight areas with Stickles
4. Using silicone glue or 3d foam, attach to another circle placing the skewer in between the two circles to create your “lollipop”
5. Tie ribbon to the top of the lollipop
6. Stamp Big Smile onto the last Eyelet Circle and mount onto the pink circle.  Place on the bottom of the card
7. Attach the pink daisy chain as shown
8. Place the lollipops into the pocket.
