I charge a flat rate of £2.99 on all items.  I reserve the right to change this at any time.

My aim is to process, pack and post orders within 48 hours of you placing your order, provided all items are in stock, (excluding weekends and bank holidays). If for any reason any item is not in stock, or becomes unavailable I will contact you directly, either by phone or email. I will then be able to advise you when the item will be available, or to suggest an alternative if that is acceptable to you.

All items will be packaged using specialist materials to ensure everything arrives to you in perfect condition.

You will receive an email as soon as it has been despatched.
I use both special couriers and Royal Mail for delivery. If Royal Mail is used, I cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery, if couriers are used delivery will take place the day following despatch. You will be informed which system I use when your order is ready for despatch. Note that I cannot guarantee delivery times and I cannot be held responsible for delays by the courier or postal service. Royal Mail first class can take between 3 – 5 days to arrive. If Royal Mail is used I will always obtain a proof of postage when sent.

If you are local to the Glossop area and would like your package delivered personally, please contact me.

In the majority of cases there will be no problems with delivery. If your parcel has not arrived 5 days after despatch please try the following things.

• Check with your local sorting office to see if they’ve tried to deliver it, or if one of your neighbours has signed for it on your behalf.

• Please check that your email order shows your full correct address. If it is incorrect please contact me as soon as possible.

• If the parcel is returned because you did not pick it up from the sorting office, then you will be responsible for any postal charges incurred by me. If a returned order is subsequently cancelled there will be a 30% restocking fee along with any postal and packing charges incurred by me over and above that already paid.
