Returns Policy
All products are new and come with a guarantee to be free from fault. If any item is damaged or faulty I will accept their return for a full refund of the value of the goods, or a credit note towards future purchases. They must be returned carriage paid within 7 working days, commencing on the day you receive the goods, and they must be received by me in their original unused condition. In the case of faulty or damaged goods I will reimburse you for any postage, with proof of a receipt.
If an incorrect item is sent to you due to an error on my part, please follow the returns procedure below and upon receipt of the item, (which must be unused and in a perfect re-saleable condition), I will either replace the item with the correct one or offer a full refund. Full postage cost will be reimbursed with proof of a receipt.
Returns Procedure
Please call on 01457 891323 or email at within 7 days and I will provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number, this will help your order to be processed more efficiently. If you do not obtain authorisation then I will be unable to process your return.

Write your name, contact details and the Returns Authorisation Number on a piece of paper and place inside the returns parcel.

Please pack all items to be returned carefully, and please include all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc relating to the item. All items must be received back unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (except where faulty or damaged), and any shrink wrap must still be intact. Please ensure you use sufficient packaging to prevent damage in transit. No refunds or exchanges will be authorised if these conditions are not met.

The returned items should be sent by either Recorded or for very expensive items Special Delivery; check with Post Office to make sure the parcel has got adequate insurance. Please obtain proof of postage and retain this until the item has been either refunded or replaced. You are responsible for returning all items (for whatever reason) to me, and I cannot be held responsible for any packages lost in transit.

If you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that I can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers.

For damaged/defective items or items sent by me in error, please send a photocopy of the receipt for the returns postage costs incurred to me clearly showing your name, contact details and Returns Authorisation Number.

All items will be thoroughly checked by me and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed.

Once a return has been agreed, your money will be refunded within 30 days if required, or a credit note will be added to your account, and this will be applied to your next order, whichever suits your needs.

In all instances Craft-Room shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
